By commissioning me, purchasing my designs, or otherwise engaging in any artistic service from me, you automatically agree to the following.

I am not responsible if you commission me without reading my Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to use any payment received before completing a commission. Art is my full-time job, and payments help me sustain my living expenses.

If you are uncomfortable with this, please do not commission me.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

As the artist, I retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork.

Clients may not claim my artwork as their own or use it for anything beyond the agreed personal purposes.

Clients are allowed to repost my work on any social media platform as long as they give visible credit to me and keep my watermark/signature intact and unchanged.

Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of the character/design) may use the commissioned artwork or design.

I reserve the right to post and showcase commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise beforehand.

Pose adjustments.

Changes in accessory/body position or size.

Complete pose changes.

Character or concept changes

Background color changes.

Fixes for details I may have missed from your reference (markings, colors, features).

Alter my artwork without permission, except for simple cropping/resizing meant only for profile icons, headers, or non-commercial personal use.

Recolor, redraw, paint over, edit, or modify my artwork without asking first.

Trace, replicate, or heavily reference my artwork for your own pieces without my consent.

Claim my artwork as your own, remove my signature, or repost without proper credit.

Use my artwork in commercial projects (merch, prints, VTuber assets, covers, games, books, etc.) without a proper license and written permission.

Use my artwork in AI training datasets, AI image generators, NFTs, crypto tokens, or any blockchain-related project under any circumstance.

Use my artwork for or in association with pedophilia, sexual content involving minors, zoophilia/bestiality, incest involving minors, hate speech, harassment, or any criminal/abusive activities.

Completion time depends on complexity, workload, and personal life events.

My maximum deadline is 6 months from the date of payment.

You will receive progress updates for major stages: sketch, lineart, coloring, etc.

Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file of the final artwork.

My commission queue is not first-come-first-serve, I work on pieces based on inspiration and motivation to maintain quality.

I reserve the right to post, showcase, keep, archive, or delete the final artwork on my platforms at any time.

If the client prefers the artwork to remain private, they must purchase a private commission add-on.

The client may post the final artwork anywhere as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist.

No refunds will be issued after the final product is delivered.

The client had multiple opportunities to request changes during the earlier stages.

Refuse disrespectful or demanding criticism after the artwork is complete.

decline any request that violates my Terms of Service or makes me uncomfortable.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork or design.

No refunds will be issued for adopts or pre-made designs under any circumstances.

You may resell a design purchased from me only if you follow these Terms of Service.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Attempting to chargeback will result in a permanent blacklist.

Payment plans are only accepted for orders above $200 USD. Payment amount and deadlines must be agreed upon before starting.

Full payment is required before I start working on your commission.

As the artist, I retain full rights to the original artwork and design.

The adopt/design may only be used for commercial purposes if discussed and approved beforehand, and proper credit must always be given.

Do not use my designs for AI, NFTs, crypto, or blockchain projects.

You may edit the design for personal use, but cannot remove my signature.

You may not claim the artwork or design as your own creation.

You may resell, trade, or gift the design.

Resale value cannot exceed the original price, unless additional art is included.

Co-ownership is allowed, but I will not mediate disputes.

Keep a visible ownership record when transferring the design.

New owners must also follow this TOS.

Payment plans allowed only when agreed beforehand.

You must communicate consistently during the payment period.

Missing a deadline without messaging me first counts as failure to pay.

If you ghost or fail to complete the plan, the design returns to me.

Payments already made will not be refunded.

The adopt will be relisted for sale or auction.

You may lose access to future payment plans.

If you need extra time, you must message me before the deadline. I am flexible as long as you communicate.

You are strictly forbidden from using my designs in pedophilia, sexual content involving minors, zoophilia/bestiality, incest involving minors, or any criminal, hateful, or abusive content.

Violating this means the adopt immediately returns to me, you lose all rights, and you will be permanently blacklisted.

These rules apply to all future owners as well.

You may use the adopt for personal projects (stories, RP, etc.).

Changing color tones

Adjusting small details like horns, paws, claws, markings, or eye color

Changing hairstyle or accessories

Modifying body type or build

Changing species.

Changing the character’s gender.

Completely change the entire color palette beyond recognition

Erase or overwrite core traits that define the original design

Change the design in a way that makes the original artwork irrelevant or unrecognizable

Remove, hide, or alter my signature on the original artwork.

The client is aware of my artistic style before commissioning me, as I provide clear examples in my portfolio.

Complaints or criticism about my art style will not be considered grounds for edits.

By commissioning me, the client agrees to and accepts the stylization of my work.

By approving the sketch and subsequent stages, the client accepts responsibility for the final result.

The commission was requested by the client, and revision opportunities were given to achieve a pleasing outcome.

Commission requests must be sent through the (Commission form)

Each additional character in the artwork will add +75% of the base price.

However, if the extra character is one of my OCs, the additional cost will be +50% of the base price, since I’m already familiar with their design and can work more efficiently. Check out my characters on (Toyhouse)

Detailed backgrounds add +80% of the base price.

Simple backgrounds (solid colors, gradients, geometric shapes) are included for free.

Detailed backgrounds may include:

Stylized or abstract scenery

Simple natural elements (like silhouettes of plants, trees, rocks, etc.)

Alternative versions (e.g. different outfits, hairstyles, feral/human forms, etc.) can be added for an extra cost, depending on complexity.

Simple variations (like facial expressions or small clothing tweaks) may be included for free.

Complex variations (such as full outfits, alternate bodies, or other forms) will be priced individually based on complexity.

Small props or decorative items range between $5–15, depending on complexity.

NSFW content involving sexual activity will have an additional +30% fee based on the base commission price.
